We will attempt to obtain a discounted cash price or you can use your high-deductible insurance plan. However, longer appointments should give us a more clear picture of your health and reduce the need for specialist appointments.

Yes. Because illness and injury do not respect regular office hours, you may call Dr. Chambers as conditions arise. Many illnesses can be diagnosed and treated with a simple conversation by phone, email, text, or video. Dr. Chambers can locate the nearest pharmacy if you’re are out of town and order the medications most appropriate for your circumstances.

Yes. You will need to sign a waiver declaring that neither you nor your doctor will directly bill Medicare for our services. Medicare will still cover any laboratory testing, imaging, medications, or hospitalizations prescribed by our office.
